Yes, I weight my set. The "body" of KLUSON Revolution are made of very light aluminium alloy.

The TRONICAL GForce tuners worked very well but the problem is the weight, Ok on a Les Paul but neck dive problem on an SG. Schaller Deluxe vs Kluson Deluxe vs Kluson Revolution, the lightest are KLUSON Revolution, smooth knobs, high ratio. And the winner are... KLUSON Revolution !

The truss tod is not made of light helium gas.

FGN make good guitars, Made in Japan guitars have good reputation but the design is not very sexy IMHO.

I' m agree, no neck dive issue with my SGs but they are Gibson USA made, the wood is not the same . Centre of gravity on my 2015 SG Standard ('61 RI design) Use fishing lead and glue it into the controls cavity with neoprene.

Glue some lead into the controls cavity, reversible and invisible.

The KLUSON Revolution are incredible tuners, they are light weight, the knobs are very smooth, high 1/19 ratio, the best tuners for an SG imho. I installed a set on this SG when I removed the GForce, awesome.

Nice Yamaha SG, the Ibanez Artist is very attractive too.

Hi, the front panel and rear panel must be strong with 22mm thickness. If you don' t want rolling low prequencies and if you want punch basses. If the rear and front wood are thin there will be vibrations destroying the sound.

You could put a trussrod cover for the pctures... seriously.

2010, 2011 and 2012 SG Standard neck profile is a medium C. My 2012 have this neck profile, that' s why I don' t play it so much... But this is a piece of art !

On a Cherry SG

The Bigsby B7 with Vibramate works very well with a nice looking SG IMHO. and it' s reversible.

I' m agree, ask to Thomann full refund and lokk at the second hand market in Suisse, your country. People don' t sell guitars because they are broken or bad quality, they sell because they don' t play or because they want to change . I bought five used guitars and they are very good condition...
