Which 1x12 cab is the best for vintage Greenback?

I see, I thought that there is some tollerance. I ran it about 30 minutes through my 8Ohm Jensen speaker from my Deluxe reverb amp and it worked smoothly. But I will ask Marshall anyway. I believe it was made perhaps for 16 ohms, we will se..

Which 1x12 cab is the best for vintage Greenback?

Yes, exactly, it is my first Marshall, I am Fender amp player, playing in clubs with 10W and it is perfect, I can turn volume up to 7-9 level and the real blues tone appear. Don´t use pedals much, just fuzzes. And I do think Marshall will provide me with Jimi RM fuzz sound more than Fender. But...

Which 1x12 cab is the best for vintage Greenback?

Hey, many thanks. Well my goal is to have a good vintage blues sound in style of Jimi together with Marshall PA 20. I don´t want to have overhelmed 4x12 cab, it is pain in the ass to move it anywhere, and people and band would suffer because of noice.

Which 1x12 cab is the best for vintage Greenback?

I think most of the 1x12 cabs are still closed, eg. 1912 and I think 1933 too. The thing is that all those cabs are constructed for much stronger speakers than greenbacks. Eg. to 1912 they put 70 or even 150 w speakers, so I don´t know...But I would prefere maybe 1933 from 80´s anyway, it seems...

SG junior 1968 body was smaller than SG standard 1968?

Yeah, here is difference around half inch in some parts of body, maybe it was just because of sanding before changing lacker or maybe it was just case of different body profiling that developed throug the end of sixties. Interesting is that the special was significantly ligher, 6.3lb, and...
