I have a 2022 SG Standard I want to upgrade to Hipshot locking tuners. Does anyone know if these are 10mm or 8.5mm? It currently has the vintage looking Wilkinson tuners stock.

I think the good doctor (@DrBGood) has called it. But I always like to pull one and check anyway. I've been burned by my own assumptions on this point before. However, I'm a belt and suspenders guy.
It's not hard to ream / drill them (ream top and bottom, drill center). But if you're not up for it, I think Hipshot has some that are vintage sized. Kluson also has vintage and their Revoution line is loved as replacements for Kluson style if that's what you have. I don't know if any in that style for either firm are locking as locking isn't my thing.

I would look for vintage style locking tuners as an alternative. The Hipshot tuners are quite heavy and will introduce or worsen neck dive. Also I used them for a little while and they were fine but I’ve had friends complain that they were not reliable (i.e., strings slipping out of properly tightened Hipshot locking tuners).
