Also got a haunting mids to go with it and man, pushing the XVive, it'll do some seriously nasty djenty stuff. I'll probably do a video on that later.

Hope you guys also don't mind me plugging my new channel - gonna try to start doing some half-demo, half-educational kind of stuff.

Nice review and great quality video!
I was looking for a distortion pedal that can give me 80s Hard Rock/Glam Metal tones last year and considered the Golden Brownie and the MXR Prime Distortion. I eventually got the MXR, one reason being that I just like pedals with normal sized knobs. The MXR was awesome and exactly what I was looking for but still I have read a lot of good things about the Brownie, too.
