Should I get a new nut cut

I really like the Frank Zappa strings by optima but the sizes are:
GPS008 E .008
GPS010 B .010
GPS013 G .013
GE024 D .024w
GE032 A .032
GE046 E .046
But the Vintage nut is cut for: VS6 - 10-46's.
Is that enough of a discrepancy to have a nut cut for them?

I agree, no need to re-cut if it plays good. Binding that causes tuning stability issues is far and away the number 1 problem to watch out for at the nut, and that isn't going to be a problem going down in string size.
