Where is the mojo in this mojomojo?

Hi there,
i have a TC Dark Matter and a Mojomojo pedal. The Dark Matter sounds killer especially set with the gain low. The Mojomojo sounds great too but somehow i'm missing something…i don’t wanna hear sell it, get rid of it or anything. I wanna make it work for me…
So this is just for those who use or like that pedal or those who wanna help me:)
Any tips like better in front of a clean or distorted amp or any tips on how setting the knobs please!:)

I used to work with some folks that designed and built a digital signal processor that provided a way to view and then manipulate the "landscape" of an audio signal.
Those were the days . . .
I'll bet one of those units would help this situation.
